What is life like for you within the Indie World?
I’m just starting out but I feel it will give me control of all aspects of the publishing and marketing process. I’m finding it to be a full-time job between writing and marketing but awarding at the same time.
Any advice for those starting out or currently in the Indie World?
Make connections with Indie authors on Facebook. Join writing and author groups. I’ve learned so much from following what others have done and reading their advice on various subjects and putting it into practice. Also, you must have a social media presence and a website. When trying to get included in author signing events, links to your social media and website are asked for more often than not.
Subject you would like to talk about regarding the Indie World?
Marketing is an important subject. I’d like to see more discussions on that.
